OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T start receiving OxygenOS 4.0.3 update

OnePlus has started rolling out yet another Oxygen OS update for the OnePlus 3 and 3T. The OxygenOS 4.0.3 update brings several improvements to the platform and is still based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Users can expect the update to be rolled over-the-air (OTA) in phases. The latest update brings pre-installed the Amazon Prime app for Indian users.

OnePlus’s OxygenOS 4.0.3 update brings an optimized Smart Wi-Fi Switcher, which switches to data connection in case the Wi-Fi signal is consistently poor. Also, the update provides increased stability of the Camera app. It carries optimized exposure feature for clicking pictures at night time. Along with the above-mentioned fixes, the update brings Wi-Fi IPv6 support toggle, updated APN settings for select carriers, and crash fix for Line, as per company’s changelog. Also, as per the company, the audio parameters have been updated and quality of audio recordings has been improved.
