Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has officially confirmed today that it will launch its new smartphone, the Oppo R11s, in its home country on November 2. If you can remember, the company’s upcoming phone, the Oppo F5 is said to be the same device that Oppo will be debuting in China as Oppo R11s but with an addition of a dual-camera setup. Additionally, the smartphone will be a first-of-its-kind from the manufacturer, offering a bezel-less display and A.I support for impressive selfies. Oppo R11s: Expected Features
As far as the rest of the smartphone features go, it is said to come equipped with a 6-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood, the device might be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 chipset, which will be coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. The phone will also offer a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and run Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box (with Color UI).
Going by the smartphone’s campaign teaser in China, the phone is almost confirmed to come with a dual-camera setup. However, we do not have details about the resolution of any of the cameras. We can assume it to sport a 20MP + 16MP rear-facing cameras going by the Oppo R11. Additionally, along with the Oppo R11s, some also believe that Oppo might announce the higher-end option, the Oppo R11s Plus, as well. The higher-end variants is said to pack 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and 4000mAh battery with the fast charging support.
